Service Description

The 12-hour Paediatric First Aid Course is a comprehensive, OFSTED-compliant training designed to equip staff with the essential skills and knowledge to handle a wide range of medical emergencies involving children and infants. 6 hours are via elearning, then the remaining 6 hours are face to face. Participants will gain practical, hands-on experience in responding to situations such as choking, severe allergic reactions, burns, fractures, CPR, and more. The course covers both the theoretical understanding and practical application of paediatric first aid, ensuring that learners leave with the confidence to provide immediate care in real-life emergencies. Ideal for school staff, childcare providers, and anyone working with children, this course meets the mandatory requirements for first aid in early years settings.
